ADE SYSTEM® is a Multiservice Functional System developed by Robusta that consists of two fundamental advantages:
- It is a versatile system, adaptable to any of the Robusta models.
- It is manufactured on a nitrile rubber base and supported by expanded polyurethane, which gives the footwear all the properties and possibilities of traditional vulcanized nitrile (chemically manipulable), but with the lightness and comfort of polyurethane.
NON SLIP SYSTEM
Wide contact surface with heeled-type pads for soft ground, braking area and fat draining channels. So that only your dreams and ideas lift you off the ground.
ANTI-TRIPPING AND STRAINING SYSTEM
This system prevents twisting thanks to the bigger width of the more protuberant pads on the nitrile rubber outsoles. Nothing will stop you.
SAE (SHOCK ABSORBENT EFFECT)
Inside the heel there is expanded polyurethane for shock absorbent effect and special lightweight and comfortable features. So that you can work for hours on end.
Protection, comfort and ergonomics: These are the elements of Metaprotector®, the latest exclusive development from the R&D+i Department at Robusta®.
This is a metatarsal protection system for the instep that offers maximum protection, comfort and ergonomics and fulfils the test stipulated by standard ISO 20344.
AYR PREVENTIA INSOLE
The AYR PREVENTIVA insole is an innovative insole that has 3 areas: the impact area, the support area and the metatarsal area. Each one is for a different phase involved in walking.
The development of the AYR PREVENTIVA is the outcome of a deep analysis of the insoles on the market and they provide a complete solution that adds thermal comfort, distribution of pressure on the sole, more stability in stepping and proper arch support.
The design of the AYR PREVENTIVA was a process that involved doing tests, designing prototypes and biomechanical testing.
The patent was filed by Calzados Robusta on 27 July 2017.
